Users are responsible for carefully reviewing accommodation details before making a booking.
Users are responsible for reviewing all booking details before confirming a reservation, including the accommodation, room type, check-in date, duration, number of rooms, number of guests, and total booking amount.
Once a booking has been confirmed, the user agrees to the details of that booking and is responsible for complying with the applicable booking terms.
Users must provide accurate payment and booking information when completing a reservation. A booking is considered confirmed once the booking has been successfully processed and recorded by GetAco.
ALL BOOKINGS MADE THROUGH GETACO ARE STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE.
GETACO OPERATES A NON-NEGOTIABLE NO-REFUND POLICY. Once a booking has been confirmed and payment has been completed, the payment is not refundable.
No refund will be provided due to cancellation, change of plans, failure to travel, failure to check in, personal circumstances, change of schedule, or any other reason initiated by the user.
Users are strongly advised to carefully verify all booking information before confirming and paying for a reservation.
By completing a booking on GetAco, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted this strict and non-negotiable no-refund policy.
Users may cancel a booking where a cancellation option is provided by GetAco. However, cancellation does not create an entitlement to a refund.

Hosts are responsible for ensuring that their listed accommodations are available and accurately represented on GetAco.
Hosts are expected to honor confirmed bookings and provide the accommodation and room type specified in the confirmed reservation.
GetAco reserves the right to investigate suspicious transactions, fraudulent activities, unauthorized account access, or attempts to manipulate the platform.
GetAco may suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized activities.
GetAco may update or modify this policy when necessary. Updated policies may be published through the GetAco platform.
Continued use of GetAco after a policy update constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
By creating an account, listing an accommodation, or making a booking through GetAco, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these policies, including the strict and non-negotiable No-Refund Policy.
